SYS::FIELD_MANUAL // COMPLETE REDEMPTION GUIDE
Everything you need to know about redeeming codes for free diamonds, skins, weapon crates, and other in-game rewards.
Free Fire redeem codes are special alphanumeric strings released by Garena that can be exchanged for free in-game rewards. These rewards include diamonds, weapon skins, character bundles, emotes, pet skins, and other exclusive items.
Codes are distributed through official channels such as social media posts, livestreams, esports events, and special in-game celebrations. Each code has a limited validity period and may be restricted to specific regions.
Visit our redeem codes page for the latest active codes. You can also find codes on Free Fire's official social media, livestreams, and in-game events.
Click the copy button next to any active code on our site, or manually copy the 12-16 character alphanumeric code. Make sure you copy it exactly as shown.
Open your browser and go to reward.ff.garena.com. This is the only official Garena redemption website. Never use third-party sites.
Sign in using the same platform you use for Free Fire: Facebook, Google, VK, Apple ID, Huawei, or Twitter. You must use the account linked to your game.
Paste the redeem code into the text field and click the Confirm button. If the code is valid, you will see a success message.
Open Free Fire and check your in-game mailbox. Rewards typically appear within 30 minutes but can take up to 24 hours during high traffic periods.
Free Fire operates on multiple server regions, and many redeem codes are restricted to specific regions. When you see a region tag on a code (e.g., India, Brazil, SEA, Europe), it means the code will only work for players on that server.
Global codes work across all regions and are the most sought-after.
Regional codes are typically tied to local events, partnerships, or social media campaigns in that region.
Your server region is determined by the account you created when you first installed Free Fire. It cannot be changed.
Most redeem codes have a limited validity period, ranging from a few hours to a few days. Once expired, the code cannot be used.
Many codes are region-locked and only work for players in specific server regions (e.g., India, Brazil, SEA, Europe). Check the region tag on each code.
Each code can only be redeemed once per account. If you have already claimed a code, it will not work again on the same account.
Your Free Fire account must be linked to a platform (Facebook, Google, etc.). Guest accounts cannot redeem codes.
Some codes have a total usage limit. Once the maximum number of players have claimed it, the code becomes invalid for everyone.
Codes are case-sensitive. Double-check for common mistakes like confusing O (letter) with 0 (zero), or I (letter) with 1 (number).
