She got lucky when the smartest hacker in the world, Moco, came and saved Steffie from Horizon's clutches after she got herself into some major trouble. Although best friends and both wanting to take Horizon down, they chose different paths. While Moco wanted to go solo, Steffie joined the Mambas striving to lead the rebel group and take Horizon down by force.

Maxim was a quiet boy and a super eater since he could remember. It wasn’t until high school when he spotted the school track star, Kelly, working hard all by herself running around the track that he found motivation to get in shape. Maxim really admired her. He started working out and got stronger, but it wasn’t until he was accidentally captured along with Kelly and sent to a mysterious island that real changes occurred. He thinned down, grew muscle, and was injected with a courage to not only fight for his life but those of Antonio and Kelly’s as well.

Antonio is a tough man with an even tougher heart. Gang life was difficult where the only way to survive was to make everyone else’s life harder. It wasn’t until he met Paloma that he found a softer side to him – but only just slightly. Antonio was looking forward to spending some peaceful time with Paloma when he was unexpectedly thrown into the jungles of Bermuda. He will have to play babysitter to Kelly and Maxim and fight to survive as he tries to find a way back to her.

His abilities with his other senses were greatly enhanced, and the academy also gave him high-tech gadget enhancements. During the Great Collapse, his group took control in the city of Griza. Alongside his best friend and partner, Iris, he embarked on hundreds of difficult missions without a single failure. Their missions together were the best times of his life, but with Iris around it wasn't without its headaches, too.

Iris lost her hearing mysteriously one day. No one knew the reason, but the academy she went to with Homer allowed her to get tech enhancements to not only restore her hearing but make it super-human. It bugs her that Homer is on a futile search for the origin to their illnesses but he’s still her best friend. She’ll follow him into the apocalypse if she has to.

Shirou’s life has been defined by his surname – Garcia. The city Griza he loved and grew up in turned on him, and worst of all, tore him and his younger brother, Tatsuya, apart. He worked hard to clear the Garcia name working as courier but it felt like an impossible task. After the recent incident where two "touble makers" turned Griza upside down, the city learned they may have been wrong about the two brothers it was going to have to put up with the brothers a little longer.

Tatsuya rejected his big brother, Shirou, when their city, Griza, turned on them. Tatsuya chose the school of hard knocks and a life of danger, violence as well as shouted words on the streets to try and fight those who hated him just for his name. Fate brought him back to Shirou only to divulge a truth neither of them had expected. Tatsuya had been prepared to fight alone the rest of his life, but with the truth revealed he is overjoyed to walk with his brother side-by-side - not that he would ever admit it.

Andrew survived a tough life as a beat cop in La Luna. The only bright spot in his life is his step-daughter Kelly. His life was spiraling into chaos until the day he found out that Kelly had gone missing. He dropped everything in his life, cleaned himself up and embarked on a dangerous journey that brought him to the doors of Horizon, a girl named Misha and the dangerous island of Bermuda. Andrew will not stop until Kelly is safe.

She found some new friends along the way – namely the ex-cop Andrew – as they scoured the city for their loved ones.

If only he could remember why… He forgets about his past whenever he explodes, except for that one constant staying in his memory - a girl, Kapella. When dangers arise, Alvaro will need to find ways to protect the things he treasures the most.

As the protegee of the notorious Izabael, Caroline struggled to find a way to make any real impact but her craftiness will help Caroline achieve her ambitious goals. Life seemed to be going pretty boringly in the direction she expected until her path crossed with Hayato’s and a cascade of drama unfolded.

As a born leader, Paloma coudn't stand by idly and let her people continue to be mistreated. She bided her time and led a revolt against the gangs, ousting them from power with the help of Antonio and Miguel, and taking all their arms. Antonio’s devilish charm was too much for her and when she left the community to try and change more of the world, she took him with her. Now it’s just her and Antonio against the world.

Wolfrahh is an up-and-coming video game streamer in a world where technology is taking games to the next level. It looked like his break out was incoming after getting invited to the InV Invitational – only for everything he thought was true was now called into question in one special incident during the competition. The major culprit behind it all? Horizon. Wolfrahh will not let his conscious down and is determined to use his tech and gaming skills to find a way to fight back.
